Freelance Lead Teacher in Data Engineering

We are looking for English-speaking teachers for our Online program in Data Engineering based in France with, or with the possibility to obtain, Oganisme de Formation.

As the Lead Teacher, you will be the owner of the day, explaining the key concepts through the content provided by Le Wagon and also leading the team of Teaching Assistants supporting you throughout the day.

Together, you will lead a group of students of varying skill levels, which requires excellent communication skills and empathy. Although the exact daily flow and tasks may vary, these are the tasks you will be responsible for during a typical day:

Prepare thoroughly for the teaching day with the help of our slides, videos, and challenges

Deliver the morning lecture based on the content provided by Le Wagon (no creation of content)

Ensure a great learning atmosphere while coaching and checking in on students

Manage and support the teaching team during the day

Run engaging live coding sessions at the end of the day

Report to and liaise with Le Wagon Staff whenever needed
