  • Act as Saipem HSE site rep, monitoring Subcontractor activities to check compliance to Contract and legal requirements responding to HSE scope lead
  • Participate / lead site HSE inspections and audits and monitor remedial actions follow-up
  • Participate in site incident investigations and review site HSE reporting
  • Support the cascading of HSE campaigns and lesson learnt to subcontractor
  • Proficiency with written and email communication including use of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to work effectively with Subcontractor site leadership and supervisors and act as site Saipem HSE rep.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills which include the ability to speak, write and listen in a manner that clarifies issues, promotes closure and delivers information in a clear and concise manner and facilitates good decision-making is required.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French (oral and writing)
  • Good knowledge about IOGP 577
  • Familiarity with national and international regulations for yard fabrication activities, lifting operations and port activities
