Network Domain organization consists of 5 technical domains covering Radio Access Networks, Transport and Transmission, Core and Control, Managed Services and Passive Infrastructure. Our sourcing projects are targeting to optimize three main streams: economic efficiency, technical effectiveness and sustainability - using a digital toolset.

As Team Head "Network Technology - Passive Infrastructure", your perimeter will cover all Passive Infrastructure sourcing categories for Orange Fixed networks (e.g. Fiber optical cables, Poles, Cabinets, Closures, Optical accessories) and Orange Mobile networks (e.g. Passive antennas, DAS, Cables and Power hardware and associated monitoring software).

With your team, you ensure best-in class procurement results by elaborating procurement strategies / tactics and implementing negotiations with the key vendors in the ecosystem. You maintain a close relationship with key stakeholders in Orange Group and its countries - focused on understanding and supporting local strategies delivering best results.

As Team Head NT - Passive Infrastructure, you ensure best-in class procurement results by:

• Developing and implementing the sourcing and supplier strategies for the category considering future markets, avoidance of risks and maximization of opportunities to achieve the category targets
• Leading & managing a strong team of sourcers
• Ensuring close collaboration with senior procurement and technology stakeholders across the Group, its countries and our partners
• Ensuring close collaboration with technology and innovation teams, as well as decision makers in procurement
• Driving demand visibility / spend management and further enhancing scale between DT and Orange Groups and our partners across the globe
• Identifying and implementing TCO savings opportunities, managing worldwide procurement activities and leading large procurement projects, as well as negotiating high value contracts
• Managing relationships with today's major suppliers and developing future ones
• Driving sustainability, benchmarking and digitization

You hold a university degree or an MBA in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a qualification of the same level. You also possess the following skills and experience:

• Professional experience 7+ years in comparable positions in an international company or a consultancy
• Very good knowledge of telecommunication / network technologies
• Proven track record of strong negotiation skills
• Profound analytical competency and strategic thinking skills
• Advanced program and project management experience and capacity to prioritize and decide autonomously
• High leadership and team management skills and ability to enable and empower people
• Capacity to work in a multi-cultural and complex & fast-changing environment
• Ability to successfully interact at an executive level
• Fluency in English and French, German as a plus
• Willingness to travel
