Together, they co-founded Baouw with one mission: to enable everyone, from passionate athletes to weekend warriors, to preserve their health capital through healthy, responsible and delicious nutrition.

STARTER:

We won't ask you to work behind the stove, we won't force you to wear a chef's hat or apron at the office, and we won't make you eat only seeds (indulgence is our favorite flaw). That said, here are the missions entrusted to you as part of this role:

ATHLETES :

• Support in managing the athlete team (product allocations, communication actions, etc.) in collaboration with the Athlete Manager
• Implementation of marketing activations at events alongside athletes

EVENTS :

• Management of the events program (trail, running, cycling, outdoor trade shows, etc.)
• Organization of events from A to Z (bookings, logistics, on-site team management, definition and monitoring of sales objectives, etc.) and brand representation at these events
• Development and purchasing of POS/POP materials for events
• Logistics and stock management (rotations, inventory counts, invoicing, etc.)

PARTNERSHIPS :

• Managing partnership and sponsorship requests and ensuring proper follow-up
• Prospecting and managing potential partnerships (brands, events, etc.)

You will report to the Events, Partnerships & Athletes Manager and interact daily with the entire team (Communication, Marketing, etc.).

MAIN COURSE :

• You have a background in Marketing / Sports Events and at least 1-3 years of experience in events and marketing
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities
• You are fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is a plus
• You are proficient with standard office tools (Word, Excel, Canva)
• A + : you are comfortable managing social media
• You are highly mobile and available to travel in France and abroad, during the week and on weekends
