Job Summary

The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our fulfillment centers, contributing to 's commitment to rapid and reliable delivery services.

Job Responsibilities

* Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders and identifying any discrepancies or damages.
* Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring adherence to quality standards and labeling requirements.
* Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery, in a safe and efficient manner (certification may be required or provided).
* Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
* Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to overall team success.

Job Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
* Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
