Contexte

Dans le cadre de son développement en France, NTT France recherche un(e) Ingénieur Réseau et Sécurité pour renforcer ses équipes.

NTT France et Luxembourg, filiale du groupe NTT, est un acteur reconnu dans l'intégration de systèmes et de réseaux convergents. Présente depuis 1995, elle compte aujourd'hui 400 collaborateurs, dont plus de 70 % d'ingénieurs et d'experts répartis sur quatre sites : La Défense, Antony, Toulouse et Luxembourg.

Votre rôle

Au sein d'une équipe multi-client, vous interviendrez sur deux périmètres principaux :

• Support & Maintenance
• Exploitation des solutions clients (Managed Services)

Missions principales

Monitoring & Support

• Gestion des événements de supervision : analyse, qualification, résolution, dispatching

• Traitement des tickets techniques ouverts par les clients

• Diagnostic et résolution des incidents (bugs, matériel, configuration, licences…)
• Ouverture et suivi des incidents auprès des constructeurs partenaires
• Interventions sur site client pour diagnostic et remplacement d'équipements (Field Engineering)
• Collaboration étroite avec les centres de services NTT en Europe et dans le monde
• Accès au laboratoire NTT France pour investigation et montée en compétences
• Participation aux astreintes en rotation pour les interventions hors horaires ouvrés

Missions secondaires

• Assistance aux utilisateurs finaux pour la résolution d'incidents
• Maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) des solutions
• Participation à la configuration d'équipements
• Contribution aux évolutions et modifications des infrastructures Réseau & Sécurité
• Mise à jour des documentations techniques
• Réalisation ponctuelle de changements en heures non ouvrées

• Sécurité : Palo Alto, NAC Clearpass, Juniper, Stormshield, Forcepoint
