Contexte

Dans le cadre de notre activité au sein d'un prestigieux Grand Magasin parisien, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Responsable Corner passionné(e) par l'univers de la beauté, doté(e) d'un fort sens du service et de leadership.

Vos missions

En tant que Responsable Corner, vous êtes garant(e) de la performance commerciale, de l'excellence opérationnelle et de l'image de marque. Vous encadrez une équipe de deux conseiller(ère)s de vente.

Pilotage commercial

  • Développer le chiffre d'affaires et atteindre les objectifs fixés (sell-out, panier moyen, fidélisation).
  • Analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et mettre en place des plans d'action adaptés.
  • Optimiser la productivité et la rentabilité du corner.
  • Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction.

Management d'équipe

  • Encadrer, animer et motiver une équipe de deux personnes.
  • Organiser les plannings et garantir une couverture optimale du corner.
  • Former et accompagner l'équipe sur les techniques de vente, les lancements produits et les rituels de la marque.
  • Développer les compétences et assurer un suivi individuel régulier.

Expérience client & excellence retail

  • Offrir une expérience client premium et personnalisée.
  • Développer la fidélisation et le recrutement de nouveaux clients.
  • Garantir la parfaite tenue du corner (merchandising, propreté, mise en avant des nouveautés).
  • Veiller au respect des standards visuels et des guidelines merchandising.

Gestion opérationnelle

  • Assurer la gestion des stocks (réassort, inventaires, suivi des ruptures).
  • Superviser les commandes et anticiper les besoins.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures internes (encaissement, sécurité, conformité).
  • Être l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) du department store.

Animation commerciale

  • Mettre en place des animations et opérations commerciales.
  • Participer aux lancements produits et aux événements en magasin.
  • Être force de proposition pour dynamiser les ventes.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée (minimum 3 ans) en vente dans l'univers de la beauté, idéalement en grand magasin.
  • Première expérience réussie en management d'équipe.
  • Forte culture du résultat et maîtrise des KPI retail.
  • Excellente présentation et sens aigu du service client.
  • Leadership naturel, esprit d'équipe et capacité à fédérer.
  • Dynamisme, autonomie et sens des responsabilités.
  • Anglais opérationnel apprécié.
