About the mission we offer you:
As part of the continuous improvement of the Lean and Agile Center of Excellence at T.EN Paris Operating Center, you will actively participate in an improvement project structured around Lean principles (elimination of waste, value optimization, simplification, standardization) while working with agile routines for more relevant project tracking.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Implementing the 5S method and other Lean methods to improve the team's operational efficiency and enhance the quality of our services.
• Highlighting Lean & Agile initiatives through communication materials and the development of a SharePoint site, in order to promote the visibility of the Center of Excellence as well as the sharing of knowledge, best practices, methods, and tools.

You will join a dynamic and experienced team, making this internship an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in Lean and apply them in a practical way.

During this internship, you will be supported by a mentor to answer your various questions.

About you:
We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

You are currently a student at the Bac+2/+3/+4 level with advanced knowledge in the field of Lean Management and are looking for an internship lasting a maximum of 2 months.

You understand the Lean approach and have already applied it to operational processes, or you are highly motivated to gain this experience.

You demonstrate good communication skills, creativity, and are able to convey your ideas effectively. You also have active listening and analytical skills, which are essential for successfully carrying out improvement projects.
