Our cybersecurity, GRC, and AI governance experts work together to deliverpractical, scalable, and future-ready security solutions.Your Role: AI Security EngineerAs an AI Security Engineer, you will work closely withdata scientists, ML engineers, DevOps, and security teamsto design, implement, and monitor security controls for AI systems. Your role will focus on identifying and mitigating AI-specific threats while enabling secure and compliant AI adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain security controls for AI/ML infrastructure and data pipelinesAssess and mitigate risks in AI models, including adversarial attacks, data poisoning, and model inversionConduct threat modeling and risk assessments for AI systems, APIs, and supporting servicesCollaborate with data science and DevOps teams to ensure secure model deployment and continuous monitoringImplement best practices for AI data governance, model integrity, and complianceDevelop tools and automation for continuous security testing of AI models and datasetsMonitor AI systems for anomalies, model drift, and potential security incidentsResearch emerging AI security threats and contribute to internal security awareness initiativesRequirementsMinimum2+ years of hands-on experiencein security engineering, preferably in AI, ML, or data-driven environmentsBachelor's degree inComputer Science, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, or a related fieldStrong understanding ofcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP) andcontainer security(Docker, Kubernetes)Hands-on experience withPythonand familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learnKnowledge of secure software development practices, data privacy, encryption, and key managementFamiliarity withadversarial ML techniques, model robustness, and data integrity risksAbility to work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and security teamsStrong documentation, reporting, and communication skillsBenefitsWork on real-worldAI security and machine learning protection challengesExposure to moderncloud-based and MLOps-driven AI environmentsOpportunity to build deep expertise inAI security, governance, and complianceAccelerated learning through hands-on projects and mentorship from senior security professionalsSupport for relevantsecurity and AI-related certificationsFlexible andremote-friendly work cultureFrom The Tsaaro TeamAI is redefining how organizations operate — securing it requires engineers who understand both technology and risk.
