The role

The ICC Global Impact Hub is looking for its new intern starting between February 2 and March 2 for a duration of 6 months. The intern will be under the supervision of the Head of ICC Global Impact Hub.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Logistical support with the management of projects and proposals.
• Administrative tasks such as the preparation of meetings, recaps and supporting next steps.
• Participate in external meetings with current or prospective partners, contribute and share ideas to further our work and mission.
• Research related to partners, donors, and trends in philanthropic and development aid.
• Any other necessary tasks required to ensure the smooth functioning of the team.
• Possibility to attend trainings and conferences taking place in Paris during the internship.

Requirements

Do not hesitate to apply if you:

• Are a student who is organized and interested in economic development, philanthropic fundraising, partnerships development, communications and impact measurement, with strong academic credentials and prior work experience;
• Are meticulous in carrying out required duties;
• Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Are a team player who is interested in working with a dynamic and diverse team;
• Have outstanding communications and interpersonal skills;
• Can work autonomously and with little supervision;
• Are fluent in English. The knowledge of French and/or any other language would be a plus.

Important information before applying

• You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.
• The intern must have an appropriate insurance valid in France for any damage caused to a third party (third party liability insurance: "assurance responsabilité civile") and social insurance (illness, work accident, etc.).
• Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, Switzerland or United Kingdom must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
• Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
• Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.
• Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our six-month internship programme is full-time with an average working week of 35 hours.
