Tailor&Fox, International Headhunting Firm, is partnering with a leading Multinational Company specialized in home-mobility solutions and accessibility equipment dedicated primarily to the B2C market. With a strong people-centric culture and a solid commitment to quality, the Company has entrusted us with the search for the following strategic profile:

GENERAL MANAGER FRANCE

This profile will be responsible for managing and further developing the business in France, playing a key role in shaping the future strategic direction of the organization.

Key responsabilities
:

  • Full responsibility for all business operations and results (P&L, balance sheet, etc.).
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the sales and commercial operations.
  • Prepare the annual budget and forecasts, and monitor performance against targets.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes and strategies, ensuring alignment with HQ.
  • Oversee and enhance direct marketing and advertising plans.
  • Ensure client information management and maintain an up-to-date customer database; continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Guarantee company compliance with all local laws and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
:

  • Able to motivate and lead a team with strong leadership, vision and focus.
  • Strong commercial ability to negotiate contracts and improve business flow.
  • Proven track record of developing a direct marketing and sales strategies.
  • Background knowledge of equipment installation, maintenance and service.
  • Experience in management and leading personnel.
  • Experience in B2C markets is a plus.
  • Fluent in French and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
