Job Description

You are joining our team, which is looking for a Corporate Finance Relationship Assistant, for a 6 month internship from January 2026.

Our team aims to provide the widest range of solutions to its telecom clients, including M&A, investment banking and structured finance solutions.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

  • Sectoral research in the fields of Telecommunications and Technology;
  • Develop a good analytical knowledge of the sector;
  • Financial modeling on Excel;
  • Financial analysis of companies;
    Prepare business presentations in coordination with other CIB business lines.

As an intern in the Telecom Tech Industry group, you will work within a multicultural team spread across Europe, the Americas and APAC.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the BAC +4/5 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in corporate finance.

You have an interest in the telecommunications and technology sector.

You have a good understanding of financial statements, credit analysis and accounting principles.

You are rigorous and have organizational skills.

You are fluent in PowerPoint, Excel (VBA) and Word.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
