Job DescriptionYou are joining our Dispute Resolution & Investigations (DRI) team from the Legal Department of Natixis, which is looking for a Lawyer, for a internship of 6 months from July 2026.
You will assist the DRI team in the daily management of litigation files in civil, commercial, criminal matters as well as in the management of investigations by regulators or various authorities (AMF, ACPR, ECB...).
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- Perform legal research on the files followed by the team;
- Write legal notes;
- Conduct a monthly case law watch and present at the team meeting;
- Assist with file processing;
- Write briefing notes on files;
- Participate in team meetings.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at the BAC+5 level, you are preparing a university degree, from a business school or from a bar training school.
You have skills in business law, banking and financial law, contract law, civil procedure, criminal and regulatory.
Dual training and/or internships in international firms would be appreciated. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
