Job Description
Get ready to ignite the future of learning at L'Oréal You'll join L'Oréal's Corporate Learning team, which is responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning solutions for all employees across the globe. Your key internship missions will include:
- Generating data-driven insights on the experience provided by our learning solutions, including digital content and our learning experience platform.
- Proposing improvements to our existing solutions.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement these enhancements.
- Communicating the impact and success of our learning initiatives.
- Creating assets, contributing to our knowledge base, and delivering training sessions to promote the adoption of our solutions.
With This Internship You Will Develop
- UX design
- Learning content design
- Data Analytics
- Activation excellence
- Project management
You Are a Student
- With a master's degree in Business School / University/ engineering school
- Able to provide an internship agreement for 6 months by your school.
- Fluent in English or French

Our Recruitment Process

A 30-minute interview with a recruiter will allow you to present your personality and explore the opportunities that match your profile.
If this interview is successful, you will then meet your potential future manager for a second and final interview, between 45 minutes and 1 hour, to discuss the missions.
