Context:

In collaboration with the entire Sales and Marketing team and in direct contact with the Sales Department, your main mission will be to improve the productivity of processes thanks to Artificial Intelligence.

Main missions :

Prerequisite - Automation via AI

  • Identify, query, and analyze the routines of stakeholders within the team to detect tasks that can be automated.Main missions:
  • Propose a roadmap with priorities as well as adapted AI solutions.

For example, this may cover:

Sales Support

  • Automate the issuance of commercial offers.
  • Recording of meeting reports and follow-up analysis
  • Improving our CRM and managing tailored KPIs

Strategic Marketing

  • How to Improve Competitive Intelligence
  • How to track the penetration of our target segments.

Operational Marketing

  • Develop language elements by market segment through our database of customer reports.
  • Update introductory pitches by customer type in real time.

Communication & SEO

  • Optimize natural referencing from internal content (e.g. Confluence).
  • Improve communication materials.

PROFILE

  • Education : Student in the last year of business or engineering school.
  • Mastery of digital tools and common software.
  • Knowledge and practice of AI tools (with concrete examples)
  • Understanding of BtoB marketing, sales and communication processes.
  • Autonomy, organization and proactivity.
  • Languages: English (B2 level)
