Discover the Role

As a Sales Trainee you will be able to take part in the Western Europe Commercial team in creating and closing local sales opportunities. You will be part of an international team while learning the principals of our business.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Trainee in TMF Group you will be responsible for:

  • Bringing in new local business to the market and expanding existing customers in France and within the market
  • Supporting inbound and outbound sales processes by providing with proposals to global seller, while also upselling and cross selling to an existing client portfolio
  • Learning how the end-to-end sales process works in TMF and will actively use the infrastructure (CRM) that supports this process
  • Follow up on the initiatives of the local team
  • Doing some specific research assignments

Key Requirements

  • University's Degree in Business or similar
  • Able to sign an internship agreement with school / university
  • Availability full / part time during at least 6 months
  • No experience related is required, but will be considered a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office package
  • Strong team-playing and communicational skills
  • Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment
