Purpose of the Role:

As part of the Retail team in France, the intern will support both the
French Retail Coordinator
and the
Senior Retail Manager Europe – Franchise
, with a focus exclusively on the
French market
.

The role is structured as follows:

  • 2 days per week dedicated to owned stores in France
    , supporting retail operations and in-store execution.
  • 3 days per week dedicated to the French franchise network
    , contributing to operational follow-up and selected European franchise projects through reporting and coordination.

The position combines

exposure to franchise management
, while being fully based in France.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Owned Stores – France (2 days / week)

  • Support the operational follow-up of owned stores in France.
  • Participate in regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, VM standards, and operational processes.
  • Assist in collecting store feedback and supporting action plans with the retail team.
  • Support retail operations in key commercial moments.

Franchise – France (3 days / week)

  • Support the French Retail Coordinator on the operational follow-up of the French franchise network (store visits, guideline follow-up, partner support).
  • Assist the Senior Retail Manager Europe – Franchise with coordination, reporting, and business follow-up related to France.
  • Conduct market and territory analysis to support the development and optimization of the French franchise network and Europe.
  • Support franchise partner documentation and reporting (partner files, dashboards, presentations).
  • Contribute to the preparation of partner meetings, internal reviews, and franchise events when relevant.

Requirements:

  • Business school student (Bac+4/5), available for a
    6-month internship
    .
  • Strong interest in
    retail operations
  • Comfortable working both
    in stores and in an office environment
    .
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
  • Fluent in
    French
    , with good
    professional English, portuguese or spanish is a plus
  • Good command of
    PowerPoint and/or Canva and Excel

This position requires regular travel within France to visit stores and partners.
