Senior Customer Success Manager

En tant que senior customer success / CRM Manager chez WAX, tu joueras un rôle central dans la réalisation de notre mission d'insuffler une dimension plus humaine et conversationnel au e-commerce et retail. Tu seras au cœur du déploiement de la solution chez nos comptes clés et en facilitant des échanges de plus en plus interactifs entre les marques et leurs clients.
Tu seras l'un des premiers collaborateurs de Wax, la mission sera donc super riche, une opportunité unique si tu veux ressentir ce qu'est l'entreprenariat. Tes principales missions seront les suivantes:
Onboarding de nos comptes clés: Tu accompagneras nos grands comptes dans le paramétrage de notre plateforme et lors du lancement des premiers use cases et campagnes
Pilotage projet intégration: tu sera le chef d'orchestre entre les équipes métiers et technique du client et les équipes WAX sur l'interfaçage entre la stack technique client (CRM, CDP, base de donnée, outil e-commerce) et WAX
Stratégie CRM WhatsApp : tu auras pour objectif de définir et piloter avec le client la stratégie CRM à mettre en place sur WhatsApp
Content creation: Tu auras pour mission de développer des contenus captivants comme des guides produits, tutoriels, bibliothèques de templates de campagnes et études de cas, destinés à nos clients
Suivi client: tu analyseras l'usage de la plateforme et les use case déployés afin de s'assurer que nous apportons toujours plus de valeurs à nos clients
Upsells: Tu identifieras les opportunités d'upsells dans ton portefeuille client et veilleras au renouvellement des abonnements de tes clients.
Retours produits: Tu collecteras constamment des retours sur le produit et fourniras des insights pour l'amélioration du produit et le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
