We're looking for a curious and motivated intern to join Joko's Marketing team and help shape how we connect with millions of users every day.

As a Marketing Communication Intern, you'll be at the heart of Joko's communications, combining creativity, data, and technology to deliver personalized experiences that make every message feel meaningful. You'll help bring our brand to life across push, email, and in-app channels, using both data and creativity to craft campaigns that drive engagement and long-term retention.

You'll join a team where marketing meets innovation, experimenting with AI, automation, and storytelling to make our CRM smarter, faster, and more human.

• Plan and launch campaigns: Coordinate and execute marketing communications (push, email, in-app) based on campaign calendars and business priorities.

• Collaborate on content: Work with the Brand team to craft messages that are clear, engaging, and consistent with Joko's tone of voice.

• Automate and enhance automated user journeys: Support the design and optimization of automated CRM journeys that guide users from onboarding to retention through personalized and data-driven experiences.

• Analyze and optimize: Monitor communications performance, run A/B tests, and identify actionable insights to continuously improve engagement and conversion.

• Innovate and streamline processes: Leverage AI and automation to simplify workflows, improve efficiency, and push the boundaries of how we communicate with our users.

• How to run CRM campaigns in a digital B2C business, combining automated lifecycle marketing with brand communication.

• How to use top industry tools like for CRM and Airtable for project management.

• How to craft messages that are both data-driven and emotionally engaging, bringing Joko's brand to life across channels.

• How to apply data-driven decision-making to performance marketing.

• How to leverage AI to optimize campaigns, automate workflows, and boost marketing creativity.

• Flexible remote (for specific fully-remote positions):
  If you live in Paris, you can choose to work from our office or from home with no constraints. If you live elsewhere, we provide access to a coworking space and a coworking budget.

• Work from anywhere (full-time only):
  Want to spend a month working from Italy? Full-time employees can work from most countries in the world for up to 3 months per year.
