About The Role
The Marketing Team in France is composed of 3 people: The Marketing Director, The Marketing Manager and the Marketing Executive. The team works closely with the Global and EMEA Marketing Teams and the different Business Teams in France.
The Marketing Intern reports directly to the Marketing Manager, and works closely in synergy with the Marketing Executive. The Marketing Intern is supporting the Marketing team in all projects across the different business teams, and helps the Marketing team to implement a number of marketing activities. The individual works operationally through various Marketing tools and especially through our CRM: Salesforce.
What You'll Do
CRM
- Work on guest lists and campaigns in our CRM for all our events and content.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive and with the EAs to improve the quality of our France database and the compliance of our contacts (GDPR).
- Build & update campaign distribution lists.
- Find, create and update contacts and create databases, and help to manage the lifecycle of contacts.
- Support the pre and post-event follow-up in Salesforce (update contacts information).
Events & Partnerships
- Help & support on the operational and administrative tasks of our events.
- Be present at major events and participate through operational and communication aspects the same day. Logistical organization.
- Manage the Marketing Goodies.
- Create events invitation drafts in Cvent.
- Complete the database for event venues.
- Help on our main internal event (Summer Party/Christmas Party).
Content & design
- Work on a business deck dedicated for the Law Firms.
- Create designs & captions for social media channels (on Canva).
- Create emailing's templates for the new entrants and the monthly internal newsletters (on Knak tool).
- Draft of several communications (external and internal).
- Benchmark on social media.
- Update the annual Newsletter.
- Update the Corporate Marketing documents for reporting and tracking (digital tracker, thought leadership tracker etc.).
- Update the Marketing onboarding deck for the future Marketing Intern.

Basic Qualifications
What You Will Need to Succeed
- You are a business school master's student in Marketing with 4/5 years' higher education
- You are available to start in June 2026
Preferred Qualifications
- First experience on CRM tools (Salesforce) is appreciated
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of database management
- Autonomy, thoroughness, rigor, responsiveness, organization and curiosity
- You have good interpersonal skills and are stimulated by teamwork
- You have good communication and writing skills (in both French and English): you can adapt to your internal and external stakeholders
