Staff AI Product Manager

What You'll Do
As a Staff Product Manager (x/f/m), your mission will be to lead one of five specialized streams building a medical AI health chat assistant that provides health recommendations to millions of patients. This initiative is organized into Chat Orchestration, Health Assessment, Guardrails, Health Actions, and medical knowledge platform - each with dedicated product and data science teams. You will own the Health Actions stream, defining what personalized recommendations our AI provides to millions of patients: from self care advice to specialist matching and follow up guidance.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Define what the AI recommends

• Design the health actions framework: nonprescriptive medical information, exam recommendations, self care drug guidance, care navigation, and follow up

• Establish prioritization logic to surface critical information while delivering comprehensive guidance
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure recommendation accuracy, relevance, and medical safety

• Ensure perfect accuracy on HCP/service matching, timing, and self care drug posology aligned with medical consensus

• Integrate with Doctolib's ecosystem

• Connect recommendations to care offer: online booking, messaging, health programs

• Develop RAGpowered systems that ground actions in Medical Knowledge Platform content
• Enable matching to external medical resources (websites, phone numbers, partners)

• Track action effectiveness: monitor if patients apply recommendations and measure health outcomes

• Validate with medical rigor

• Collaborate with 40+ pediatricians and specialists to ensure clinical validity

• Establish systematic testing protocols for new recommendation types

• Balance medical safety with user utility at scale

• Scale and evolve

• Extend from pediatric to adult use cases (chronic conditions, prevention, mental health)

• Enable proactive suggestions based on Personal Health Records

• Handle multi-problem cases with appropriate prioritization

• Collaborate cross functionally

• Coordinate with 4 other AI streams (Orchestration, Assessment, Guardrails, Medical Knowledge)

• Partner with dedicated Data Science team
• Drive toward €10M ARR for the people's health companion target with CEO-level visibility

You'll be building Europe's first medical AI health assistant - competing with ChatGPT, Google Health Coach, and Apple Health, but with medical validation, integrated care access, and 80M patients.

Who You Are

Must-Have:

• You have at least 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills and are fluent with ML metrics across classification, ranking and generation tasks, statistical significance testing, A/B experimentation, offline/online evaluation frameworks, and taxonomy design
• You are fluent in French and English

Highly Valued:

• You have hands-on experience with LLM-based products including chatbots, recommendations, and personalization systems
• You have previous experience launching 0→1 products in fast-moving environments
• You are familiar with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures

Bonus Points:

• You have exposure to healthcare or health tech environments and understand health user needs
• You have medical domain knowledge or experience with regulated products
