En tant que Product Manager, vous savez :
Structurer et piloter la roadmap produit en alignement avec les enjeux stratégiques du programme et les priorités business.
Garantir la cohérence et la priorisation du backlog, en assurant une coordination fluide entre besoins fonctionnels et contraintes techniques.
Animer et fédérer les équipes autour de la vision produit.
Faciliter la communication entre les équipes techniques et les parties prenantes métier, en transformant les besoins en objectifs clairs et actionnables.
Accompagner la montée en maturité produit en diffusant les bonnes pratiques, en clarifiant les rôles et en favorisant l'autonomie des équipes.
Suivre la performance et la valeur délivrée, à travers la mesure de l'adoption, de la qualité et des impacts business et techniques.
Contribuer activement à la transformation agile, en soutenant le développement d'une véritable culture produit dans un environnement en phase d'acculturation.
