What Youll Do:
Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email & chat
Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries
Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases
Stay up to date with new products & company updates
What Were Looking For:
Fluent in French (C1C2) & good English (B2+)
Excellent communication & empathy skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Ready for an on-site role in beautiful Lisbon
What Youll Get:
1,000/month base (×14 months performance bonus (×12 months)
2,000 welcome bonus
Relocation package: flight reimbursement + accommodation (only 280/month, all included)
