RED Global, on behalf of a Key Client Partner, is currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of infrastructure initiatives across networks, servers, cloud platforms, end‑user services, and security environments.

  • Duration: 12months+

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects or workstreams.
  • Maintain project schedules, task lists, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies), and overall activity tracking.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams such as Infrastructure, Architecture, Security, and Service Management.
  • Facilitate meetings, capture minutes, follow up on actions, and ensure timely closure.
  • Prepare project dashboards, weekly status reports, and stakeholder updates.
  • Assist with environment readiness checks, deployment planning, and technical onboarding.
  • Track vendor activities, project documentation, and compliance with governance frameworks.
  • Identify delivery blockers early and escalate appropriately to senior PMs or leads.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Foundational understanding of IT infrastructure components:
  • Networks (LAN/WAN/VPN)
  • Servers & virtualization
  • Storage and backup basics
  • Cloud fundamentals (Azure/AWS)
  • End‑user services (AD, devices, M365)
  • Basic project management knowledge (e.g., planning, risk tracking, documentation).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Planner, or similar tools.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
