As we prepare for Paris Fashion Week, we are opening a limited number of internship positions for highly motivated and detail-oriented candidates with a deep passion for luxury fashion, communications, and event execution.

POSITION SUMMARY

This is a Paris-based internship focused on Showroom Operations & Event Support, during one of the busiest and most prestigious times of the fashion calendar. You will work closely with senior members of the team on both PFW and off-calendar events, contributing to the execution of high-level activations, talent coordination, press handling, and cultural storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Showroom & Press Coordination

• Assist in preparing the showroom space for appointments and activations
• Support with client check-ins, press appointments, and VIP styling pulls
• Track and manage inventory of samples using internal tools and databases (e.g. Launchmetrics/Fashion GPS)
• Help maintain presentation quality of collections (cintrage, steaming, tagging, merchandising)
• Support editorial pulls, look loans, and returns in collaboration with stylists and media teams

Event & Fashion Week Support

• Assist with guest list building, RSVPs, and front-of-house logistics
• Contribute to seating coordination, run-of-show documentation, and event briefings
• Provide onsite assistance during fashion shows, private dinners, and industry gatherings
• Interface with vendors, hosts, and VIP representatives to ensure seamless event execution
• Assist in preparing press kits, media walls, and welcome materials

Admin & Recap Support

• Help create post-event reports and performance analysis
• Organize media clippings, coverage reports, and press highlights
• Conduct research and maintain up-to-date press and influencer databases
• Support courier runs and logistical follow-ups when necessary

WHO YOU ARE

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Studies or background in Fashion, Communications, Public Relations, Luxury Marketing or Business Management
• Experience or strong interest in PR, showroom management, or luxury events
• Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation
• Familiarity with tools such as Launchmetrics or Fashion GPS is a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours during Fashion Week and event periods (late nights/weekends if needed)
• Based in Paris, France or willing to relocate

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

• Start Date: December 2025
• End Date: January 2026
• Location: Paris (on-site only)
• Compensation: The internship will begin with a two-month unpaid trial period. Upon satisfactory performance and the Firm's determination of suitability, the internship may be extended for an additional one-month paid period, bringing the total duration to three months.
