Description du poste

Pour une entité d'une vingtaine de personnes à Paris et de plus d'une centaine de personnes en Inde, au sein du Security Shared Service Center (SSSC), la mission s'effectue dans le cadre de la gestion des droits d'accès. L'entité utilise l'outil IIQ de Sailpoint et plus particulièrement pour l'Access Right Management (ARM).

Il s'agit d'une mission sur l'ensemble des sujets liés à l'ARM.

Dans Ce Cadre, La Mission Consiste à

  • Analyse d'incidents fonctionnels de niveau 3 (à l'aide d'Expert Fonctionnel en place) puis leurs résolutions
  • Priorisation et suivi des demandes clients internes
  • Traitement de demande d'auditeurs
  • Conduite du changement et assistances clients du Centre de Services SSSC (à l'aide d'Expert Fonctionnel en place)
  • Intervention pour des projets d'amélioration continue ou de changements opérationnels
  • Définition et orchestration des changements à opérer dans le système d'Access Right Management (IIQ - Sailpoint)
  • Rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles et de procédures opérationnelles
  • Organisation et gestion de conference call en Anglais
