Project Overview
We are looking for a French-speaking freelance Associate Director with strong RWE and HEOR expertise to support evidence generation, value demonstration, and market access activities for our French and EU projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and conducting real-world studies, cross-functional collaboration & health economic modelling

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute real-world evidence and HEOR studies to support product value demonstration in France and EU markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Development to develop value dossiers and reimbursement submissions
  • Provide insights to inform HTA submissions in France (HAS) and other EU markets
  • Mentor junior team members on methodological approaches and best practices
  • Engage with local and regional payers, clinicians, and academic experts to communicate evidence

Qualifications & Experience

  • Advanced degree (PhD, MSc, PharmD, or equivalent) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field
  • 7+ years of HEOR/RWE experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Strong understanding of French HTA and market access processes.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
