Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond to internal and external customer requests about operational and maintenance issues on the accessories systems, thanks to technical product knowledge and analytical skills (ER process).
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and engineering investigation activities about fleet critical technical issues (RCA process).
  • Prepare technical communications for our customers that provide recommendations on identified technical issues (TIL, ETC, PSxB process).
  • Identify Potential Product Safety issues on customer sites and collaborate with Product Safety team from safety concern identification to the definition of containment and correction.
  • Relay non-conformance to other engineering departments as required, acting as the liaison between field and design engineering.
  • Potentially travel to customer site if required, from time to time, to support issue investigation or to attend technical discussions with customers.
  • Provide engineering technical oversight to the Contractual Services and One Field Services teams during planned outages.

Rôle et responsabilités :

  • Répondre aux demandes internes et externes concernant la résolution de problèmes techniques plant et auxiliaires TG, en utilisant les connaissances produit et les compétences analytiques (Processus ER case).
  • Prendre part aux activités d'analyse des causes profondes et d'investigation liées aux problèmes flotte : Interaction avec l'ingénierie systèmes et de l'ingénierie de conception, les fournisseurs, etc. (Processus RCA).
  • Préparer de la documentation technique externe en veillant à ce que les problèmes et/ou développements importants soient communiqués en temps opportun (Processus TIL, ETC, PSIB).
  • Identifier tout problème de sécurité potentiel à travers les problématiques site: Piloter le suivi avec les équipes de sécurité produit depuis l'indentification du danger jusqu'à la mise en place de mesures de confinement, et être responsable de l'élaboration de la communication au client.
  • Faites remonter les problèmes techniques pour aider l'ingénierie de conception à mettre en œuvre des actions correctives sur la flotte installée et les projets futurs.
  • Déplacements éventuels, au besoin, sur les sites des clients pour enquêter sur des problématiques techniques.
  • Apporter un support aux équipes de services intervenant sur site lors des arrêts planifiés afin d'atteindre les objectifs de fiabilité et de disponibilité.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in engineering field
  • Strong experience in Design or Commissioning/Maintenance of GE Vernova accessories systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of GE Vernova Gas Turbines operational philosophy.

Qualifications requises

  • Master ou équivalent en dans un domaine d'ingénierie.
  • Expérience significative vis-à-vis des systèmes auxiliaires TG.
  • Solide connaissance pratique des différentes philosophies d'opération et de maintenance des turbines à gaz GE Vernova.
