Grow- is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a French-speaking Sales Retention Agent for their Limassol office.
Position: Sales retention Agent
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + commissions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the company's products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
- Increase chances of future sales
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
- Keep up to date with the financial markets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous Retention experience in Forex & CFD Industry is essential
- Computer savviness
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets
- Management and mathematics skills
- Great objection-handling skills.
