We are expanding our footprint in France and are looking for a dynamic sales professional to grow our technical films division.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Agent to represent our portfolio of plastic films and high barrier film solutions in the French and Benelux market. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical sales background in packaging films, with an established network and a proven ability to drive business growth. This role offers the opportunity to be a key player in QualityFoil's strategic expansion across France and Benelux.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of our plastic film and high barrier film product lines within the French market, focusing on the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical packaging sectors.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Provide expert technical support, product information, and customized solutions to clients.
- Collaborate closely with our internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop targeted strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor movements to position QualityFoil effectively and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Consistently meet and exceed agreed sales targets and performance objectives within the assigned territory.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with significant experience in the packaging industry, specifically in plastic films and/or high barrier materials.
- Deep understanding of the French and Benelux packaging market, including established contacts and knowledge of key industry players.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to discuss product specifications, applications, and value propositions effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage a regional territory.
- Fluency in French and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly within France and Benelux as required.
