Join us as a Strategy & Operations Associate and work closely with the Chief of Staff to drive Brevo's strategic priorities. You'll support cross-functional initiatives, contribute to business analysis and projects like Pricing and M&A, and help ensure smooth coordination across teams. If you're analytical, organized, and eager to grow, this role is for you.

Your Impact at Brevo:

  • Strategy : assist the Chief of staff in the Group strategy coordination. You will work closely with each department to follow-up up on priorities and key projects
  • Ad-hoc Business analysis: Conduct research regarding new strategy, or internal analysis. In this role, you will work closely with the Business owners to monitor the Business and follow up on key initiatives
  • Strategic projects : You will work on projects such as Pricing and M&A. On Pricing, you will work closely with the product team and sales team to define the best price for our products. In M&A, you will assist the chief of staff in M&A execution and integration
  • Drafting & Communications: Draft internal memos, email correspondence, and presentation decks on transverse topics
  • Meeting Documentation: Attend selected executive meetings to take detailed minutes and organize action items for the Chief of Staff to review. Attend selected executive meetings, prepare detailed minutes, and consolidate action items Project Coordination: Assist the Chief of Staff in tracking timelines and deliverables for cross-functional projects. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met

Who you are:

  • 1 or 2 years of experience in a consulting firm
  • Fluent in English and French
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and can communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
  • You have strong organizational skills and are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You are curious and growth-oriented: you demonstrate curiosity and a strong desire to learn and develop.
