Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lisbon for a Junior IT Recruiter. The Junior IT Recruiter will play a key role in supporting recruitment efforts, managing the full-life cycle recruitment process to fill IT and technical positions. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining candidate databases, collaborating with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Additionally, the role involves screening resumes to identify top talent and assisting with employer branding initiatives when required.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
  • Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and general Recruiting techniques
  • Skills in Hiring processes, including sourcing and screening candidates
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar recruitment tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of French or other European languages is a plus
