You will join the VEGA Investment Solutions General Secretariat team as a Financial Lawyer, where you will be responsible for legal compliance and protection of the company's interests, within a team composed of 9 people.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
- Develop and/or validate the contractual documentation intended for clients in relation to management under mandate and advised management services, concerning securities accounts and life insurance;
- Review the custodian and valuator contracts, as well as VEGA IS's contracts with its providers, particularly the financial management delegation and advisory agreements (securities accounts and life insurance) ;
- Perform the review and update of the distribution agreements for VEGA IS offers, such as Management under mandate, OPC and FCPE, ensuring their alignment with the VEGA IS distribution strategy, as well as contracts with third-party providers (service providers, partners, etc.);
- Handle customer claims and pre-litigation, ensuring rigorous follow-up and effective resolution, while respecting regulatory deadlines;
- Intervene as an entry point for all legal functions outsourced within the NIM/NIMI group or in connection with BPCE, coordinating interactions and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external teams, as well as managing relations with third parties (insurers, depositary, valuer, etc.);
- Actively participate in the legal work of the profession, by contributing to the adaptation of the company's contractual framework and coordinating or contributing to contractual remediation projects related to new French (AMF, ...) or European regulatory requirements (DORA, ESMA, EBA Outsourcing, ...).

With a higher education in law (Master's degree in business law, financial law, or equivalent), you have at least 5 years of experience in similar positions, ideally within an asset management company or a financial institution.
You master:
- Legal regulations and standards applicable to the financial/life insurance sector.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:
- Recognized for your ability to analyze and synthesize, as well as for your rigor and sense of detail;
- Appreciated for your ease in written and oral communication;
- In ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You master English with a B2 level.
