You join the Legal Department within the Real Estate Transactions – Corporate – Litigation team, for a 6-month internship from January 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Intervene in support of the lawyers who make up the Legal Department in the following areas:
• Real estate transactions : acquisitions/disposals of assets or commercial, tertiary, logistical, residential or hotel real estate portfolios in an asset deal or a share deal;
• Asset Management : operational management of real estate assets and relations with tenants;
• Corporate : management of companies owning real estate assets (SCPI/OPCI regulated companies and non-regulated companies);
• Litigation : procedures in the context of real estate asset management;
• Analysis and negotiation of contracts in English and French: confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, commercial leases, acts of acquisition/sale of real estate assets or corporate securities, investment or sales mandates, works contracts (CPI, VEFA), etc.
• Participation in general assembly meetings and supervisory boards, drafting of minutes, review of corporate documentation of companies owning real estate assets,
• Research and drafting of legal notes as part of the property management activity,
• Participation in pre-litigation/litigation procedures: mediation, conciliation, expertise, negotiation of settlement agreements protocols, analysis of assignments and conclusions,
• Legal and regulatory monitoring on matters impacting the activity: commercial leases, contract law, company law, construction law, urban planning law, etc.
• Advice to operational departments (Asset Management, Investment, Fund Management etc.).

You will actively participate in the life of the Legal Department: work meetings, presentations, etc. You will thus be able to discover through this internship the activity and the different professions of a real estate asset management company.

Student at the BAC+4/5 level, you are preparing a degree in business law and/or private law, with a specialization in real estate or corporate law.

You have ideally acquired initial experience within a corporate legal department (preferably in the real estate sector) or in a law firm.

You are dynamic, curious and like to work in a team.

You demonstrate rigor and autonomy, allowing effective management of your responsibilities.

You also have a good mastery of office tools.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
