Chez Atelier Murmure, nous réinventons l'immobilier pour le mettre au service des

acteurs à impact social et écologique.

Nous accompagnons associations, artisans, artistes et entreprises de l'économie

sociale et solidaire (ESS) pour créer des lieux vivants et adaptés à leurs projets.

Notre ambition : donner une place centrale aux acteurs de l'impact dans les projets

immobiliers grâce à :

• Une plateforme innovante qui connecte porteurs de projets ESS/impact et

propriétaires fonciers

• Une méthodologie sur-mesure : diagnostic territorial, programmation,

montage économique

• Un écosystème engagé pour co-construire l'immobilier autrement

Vos missions

Tu es en Master 1 ou 2, ambitieux·se, curieux·se et motivé·e par les projets à impact ?

En tant que Project Manager, tu seras au cœur de notre aventure entrepreneuriale et

piloteras un projet stratégique porteur de sens.

Ce stage te permettra de :

• Contribuer à la conception et au développement de la première plateforme

immobilière 100% dédiée aux acteurs de l'impact

• Jouer un rôle clé dans l'identification et l'accompagnement des porteurs de

projets ESS/impact

• Participer à une aventure entrepreneuriale passionnante et engagée

Développer la première plateforme de recherche immobilière 100% dédiée aux

acteurs de l'impact

• Définir le cahier des charges et participer aux évolutions fonctionnelles de la

plateforme avec notre développeur

• Recueillir et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs pour améliorer l'expérience et

le parcours sur la plateforme

• Optimiser la gestion des données et le matching porteurs de projets / lieux

disponibles

• Participer aux tests utilisateurs et au déploiement de nouvelles fonctionnalités

Sourcer des acteurs de l'impact et développer la communauté

• Identifier et qualifier des porteurs de projets ESS/impact recherchant des

espaces adaptés

• Mettre en place et optimiser des outils de suivi (CRM, base de données,

reporting…)

• Déployer des actions d'acquisition locale et digitale pour renforcer la

communauté sur nos sites pilotes

• Créer des liens avec les porteurs de projets et les accompagner dans leur

parcours

Vos compétences

Étudiant·e en grande école de commerce

• Forte sensibilité pour l'impact, l'ESS, l'innovation territoriale et les projets à

impact

• Relationnel développé et goût pour les échanges et rencontres

• À l'aise avec les outils numériques et curieux·se du web, de la data et de l'UX

• Créatif·ve, structuré·e et capable de combiner stratégie et exécution

• Autonome tout en appréciant le travail en équipe

• Motivé·e par une expérience responsabilisante et entrepreneuriale
