How will you shape our tomorrow?

Sonepar is looking for an experienced BI & Datavizualization Specialist (F/M) to be at the forefront of uncovering insights from our vast data resources.

You'll play a pivotal role in:

• Collaborating with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Creating and maintaining data dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to solve complex business problems.
• Analyzing business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our data platform.

What success looks like

• You will provide useful and relevant dashboards to contribute to the development of Sonerpar's e-commerce business.
• You will bring enough added value to become the go-to business data analyst in your field.

The experience you bring

• A proven experience of +5 years in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting (PowerBI & Looker) in e-commerce.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data wrangling, cleaning, and analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for non-technical audiences.
• A strong understanding of statistical methods and a passion for data-driven decision making.
• Experience in agile methodology at scale.
• The ability to work well under pressure and have a 'can-do attitude.'
• The ability to collaborate with stakeholders & opcos and elaborate on outcomes and decisions taken
• Knowledge of big data technologies, such as Databricks, Dreamio, and BI tools like PowerBI, etc.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics environment.

• Languages required/ level

• English: Fluent (Written & Spoken)

• French and/or another language would be a plus

Work Mode & Location

• Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème) after the trial period
