Votre rôle

Rattaché(e) à la Direction, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la structuration et le rayonnement de la marque The Agent, en France et en Europe.
À la croisée du marketing stratégique, du contenu et de la communication B2B, vous contribuerez activement à la notoriété de l'entreprise et à la génération d'opportunités commerciales.

Vos principales missions

1. Stratégie marketing & positionnement

  • Définir la stratégie marketing et de communication globale de The Agent en lien avec la direction, avec une vision orientée image, business et croissance.

  • Renforcer le positionnement de marque de The Agent dans l'écosystème mode & Marketplaces : tone of voice, univers visuel, storytelling.

  •  Piloter une veille stratégique sur l'écosystème mode & marketplaces pour identifier les opportunités business et nourrir les stratégies marketing et les prises de parole

  • Développer des campagnes intégrées (contenu, événements, communication digitale) pour renforcer la notoriété et la crédibilité de la marque.

2. Communication, contenu et visibilité

  • Concevoir et déployer la stratégie de contenu de The Agent : plan éditorial, création de supports ( LinkedIn, newsletters, articles, présentations, vidéos) et analyse des performances pour optimiser l'impact des prises de parole.

  • Imaginer et produire, avec l'appui du stagiaire design/contenu, des supports premium alignés avec les codes de la mode et du digital (branding, social media, pitchs commerciaux, études de cas).

  • Gérer la stratégie de communication B2B : plan éditorial, ligne graphique, ton de marque, et mise en avant des expertises The Agent.

  • Développer et animer des campagnes de génération de leads (webinars, campagnes LinkedIn, mailings ciblés).

3. Projets transverses et partenariats

  • Coordonner des projets marketing 360° en lien avec les équipes commerciales, Account Managers et direction : lancements, collaborations marques, salons, PR.

  • Identifier et piloter des partenariats stratégiques avec des acteurs de la mode, du digital ou de l'innovation.

  • Participer à la réflexion sur les offres et outils marketing mis à disposition des marques partenaires.

4. KPI & pilotage de la data

  • Créer et suivre des tableaux de reporting pour mesurer l'impact des actions marketing menées.

  • Mettre en place un reporting mensuel permettant d'ajuster et d'affiner la stratégie selon les résultats observés.

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction et les équipes commerciales pour piloter la performance globale du marketing.

5. Management

  • Encadrer et faire monter en compétences un stagiaire design / contenu.

  • Garantir la cohérence et la qualité des productions visuelles et éditoriales.
