Job Description

To lead this effort, we are seeking a Senior Partner in Strategy Consulting. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategic vision, building and managing a high-performing consulting team, and delivering impactful projects for key clients.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape Talan's presence in the Travel, Transport & Logistics sector. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic leadership, client relationship management, and project delivery, with a focus on expanding our global footprint and delivering exceptional value to our clients. Your responsibilities will be organized along 3 dimensions as per below:

Sector Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand Talan's global consulting activities in the Travel, Transport & Logistics sector
  • Identify and pursue market opportunities to generate new opportunities
  • Collaborate with local and international teams to align strategies and initiatives

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients worldwide
  • Deeply understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and meeting commitments

Project Delivery and P&L Ownership

  • Oversee the content, planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to guarantee profitability and quality across your Global sector
  • Support the recruitment of our teams

Pour y parvenir, nous recherchons un(e) Senior Partner en Conseil en Stratégie. Cette personne jouera un rôle crucial dans la définition et l'exécution de notre vision stratégique, la constitution et la gestion d'une équipe de consultants performante, et la réalisation de projets impactants pour nos principaux clients.

Ce poste est une opportunité unique de diriger et façonner la présence de Talan dans le secteur Travel, Transport & Logistique. Vos responsabilités comprendront le leadership stratégique, la gestion des relations clients et la mise en oeuvre des projets, avec un focus sur le développement de notre empreinte globale et la création de valeur de haut niveau pour nos clients. Votre mission sera organisée selon trois dimensions :

Leadership Stratégique du Secteur

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour étendre les activités de conseil mondiales de Talan dans le secteur Travel, Transport & Logistique
  • Identifier et suivre les tendances du marché pour générer de nouvelles opportunités
  • Collaborer avec les équipes locales et internationales pour aligner les stratégies et les initiatives

Gestion des Relations Clients

  • Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec des clients clés dans le monde entier
  • Comprendre les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions sur mesure
  • Assurer la satisfaction des clients par des offres à haute valeur ajoutée et en respectant les engagements

Mise en œuvre de Projets et Responsabilité P&L

  • Superviser le contenu, la planification, l'exécution et le delivery des projets
  • Gérer les budgets, les ressources et les délais des projets pour garantir la rentabilité et la qualité de votre secteur au niveau mondial
  • Accompagner le recrutement de nos équipes
Qualifications

The ideal candidate has an academic background from a leading institution in business and/or engineering, including MBA from leading University, and will bring a strong track record in strategy consulting, proven leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of emerging market trends. With their expertise, we aim to further establish Talan as a leader in providing innovative, client-focused solutions that drive sustainable growth.

More specifically, the required qualities for this position include:

  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, process modeling, change management, information systems, and/or a culture of innovation and new technologies (AI, data, etc.).
  • Strong sales culture with the ambition to collectively win high-value missions with our clients.
  • Ability to demonstrate inclusive leadership to guide the team towards new challenges.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills in complex situations.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • High level of professional ethics and reliability.

Issu d'une formation académique de premier plan (grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieurs, MBA), le candidat idéal aura un solide parcours en Conseil en Stratégie, des capacités de leadership éprouvées et une compréhension approfondie des tendances émergentes du marché.

Plus spécifiquement, les qualités requises à ce poste :

  • Expertise démontrée en gestion de projet, modélisation de processus, conduite du changement, systèmes d'information et/ou culture de l'innovation et des nouvelles technologies (IA, data, etc.)
  • Fort tempérament commercial avec l'envie de gagner collectivement des missions à forte valeur ajoutée chez nos clients.
  • Capacité à faire preuve d'un leadership inclusif pour emmener l'équipe vers de nouveaux challenges.
