Microsoft 365 Technical Product Owner H/F

En collaboration avec le « Product Manager » vous devrez :

· Assurer la gestion opérationnelle de l'ensemble des produits et services Microsoft 365 afin de garantir leur disponibilité et leur conformité en cohérence avec la gouvernance interne et le Product Owner veille fonctionnelle sur les usages.

· Concevoir, architecturer et optimiser les solutions Microsoft 365 en maîtrisant les aspects techniques et les bonnes pratiques.

· Accompagner l'adoption des services Microsoft 365 auprès des utilisateurs.

· Analyser, proposer des améliorations et piloter les actions pour maximiser la valeur ajoutée des services.

· Contribuer aux cérémonies agiles (affinage de liste de tâches, SUM, Démos, Rétrospectives) tout en veillant au respect des standards qualité.

· Piloter le portefeuille d'évolutions techniques en lien avec le portefeuille d'évolutions fonctionnel, en coordonnant la mise en oeuvre et le suivi des livrables.

· Encadrer et coordonner les prestataires externes, en garantissant la qualité et la conformité des interventions.

· Gérer la relation avec les fournisseurs et partenaires, en assurant le suivi contractuel et la performance des services.
