Adeptis Group recrute pour l'un de nos clients, reconnu pour son expertise en cybersécurité et appartenant à un grand groupe français. L'entreprise renforce son pôle Cyber en lançant une nouvelle activité stratégique dédiée à la cybersécurité industrielle (OT/ICS) et recherche un profil senior pour la structurer, la développer et l'incarner sur le marché.

Votre rôle : Responsable Développement Cybersécurité Industrielle

Vous serez au cœur de la création, du lancement et du développement d'une nouvelle offre OT/ICS. Vous deviendrez le référent interne sur ces sujets, avec un impact direct sur la stratégie, le business et la vision technique du pôle industriel.

Vos missions :

  • Construire, structurer et piloter l'offre OT Security (conseil, audit, conformité, évaluation, produits/services).
  • Concevoir le positionnement marché, les méthodologies et les modèles d'engagement.
  • Développer l'activité commerciale : prospection, réseau, réponses aux appels d'offres, partenariats.
  • Mener des pilotes clients, définir les livrables et capitaliser pour affiner l'offre.
  • Accompagner les clients industriels dans leur stratégie cybersécurité (gouvernance, risk management, réglementation, EBIOS, NIS2…).
  • Superviser et contribuer aux audits OT, évaluations, architectures sécurisées, missions PASSI, pentests et diagnostics de vulnérabilité.
  • Représenter l'activité auprès de l'écosystème industriel : salons, événements, institutions, partenaires.
  • Participer au recrutement, à l'animation et au développement de l'équipe.
  • Contribuer à la montée en compétences interne et incarner l'expert OT/ICS de l'organisation.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience confirmée (7–12 ans) en cybersécurité industrielle / OT Security.
  • Très bonne connaissance des environnements ICS/SCADA, réseaux OT et normes ISA/IEC-62443.
  • Solide réseau dans l'industrie : énergie, transport, manufacturing, utilities, défense, etc.
  • Expérience significative en environnement projet et missions à forte valeur.
  • Maîtrise des audits OT, des standards industriels et de l'évaluation de systèmes industriels.
  • Sens du business, expérience en développement commercial et pilotage de P&L.
  • Capacité à construire une offre, convaincre, fédérer et porter une vision marché.
  • Idéalement : expérience PASSI, audit, conseil ou intégrateur.
  • Leadership naturel, crédibilité immédiate face aux équipes industrielles.
  • Français courant ; anglais apprécié.
  • Poste basé à Paris, déplacements réguliers en environnement industriel.
