FP&A Manager

Your Role

Reporting to the Subregional Finance Director, the FP&A Manager acts as a key business partner to commercial teams, providing financial insights, driving performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across the subregion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for revenue, signings, and inventory.

• Deliver monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, and commercial KPIs.

• Analyze revenue performance, signings trends, and customer profitability; highlight risks and opportunities.

• Partner with commercial teams on pricing, deal reviews, and ad-hoc financial analysis.

• Act as FP&A point of contact for Revenue Accounting and R2R teams to ensure accurate reporting.

• Support business cases, process improvements, and finance transformation initiatives.

• Contribute to governance, SOX compliance, and internal controls.

• Act as deputy to the Subregional Finance Director when required.

Your Profile

• Min. 7 years experience

• Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering in a multinational environment. 

• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting skills.

• Strategic, hands-on mindset with excellent communication skills.

• Advanced Excel and experience with financial systems (SAP, Hyperion, or similar).

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.

• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
