Job Description

Qima is seeking a Revenue Operations Project Manager to guide our Sales & Marketing transformation. You'll lead a critical initiative to consolidate disparate systems and processes across our customer value funnel, turning a patchwork of acquired technologies into a unified, high-performing revenue engine.

This is a hands-on role requiring knowledge of processes, technology, and people. You'll work directly with Sales and Marketing teams across multiple divisions to streamline workflows, eliminate friction, and create systems that drive both new customer acquisition and cross-sell revenue expansion. Your success will be measured not just in project delivery, but in adoption, efficiency gains, and revenue impact.

This is a high-visibility role where you'll partner closely with our RevOps Project Sponsor and leadership team to shape how we scale our commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Operations Transformation: Own end-to-end project management for consolidating CRM and related systems following multiple acquisitions; Develop and execute a phased roadmap that minimizes disruption while delivering quick wins; Balance speed with structure to move fast while establishing scalable processes
  • Project Execution & Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and timelines; Track progress, identify risks and blockers, and proactively implement mitigations; Define and monitor KPIs for project success and business impact; Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and lessons learned; Generate weekly status updates and monthly executive reports with clear metrics and next steps
  • Process Design & Documentation: Monitor efforts to document current-state processes and design future-state workflows that embody "Make it Simple" value; Navigate the complexity of integrating processes and data from acquisitions; Establish governance frameworks that provide structure without bureaucracy; Implement feedback loops to continuously improve systems and processes
  • Systems Optimisation: Support the teams assessing current CRM configurations and integrations to optimise lead management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting accuracy; Help maintain focus on system simplicity and consistency across the organisation
  • Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership: Build strong relationships with Project Sponsor and Sales & Marketing leaders across divisions; Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and momentum; Secure buy-in through inclusive discovery, transparent communication, and demonstrated results; Manage change resistance with empathy, clarity, and compelling business cases
  • User Enablement: Collaborate with teams to create clear, user-friendly process documentation and training materials; Support users through transitions with patience and practical enablement; Serve as the central point of contact for Sales & Marketing RevOps initiatives
Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 7+ years project management experience, preferably in RevOps or Sales/Marketing Operations
  • 5+ years working on projects with Sales/Marketing stakeholders across multiple divisions/business units, with track record of successful user adoption and change management initiatives
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience optimising CRM tools with solid understanding of CRM platforms, data architecture, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement systems
  • Experience with system integrations, data migration, and process automation, ideally in M&A-driven consolidation or post-merger integration
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within scope
  • Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum)
  • Exceptional English-language communication skills with ability to influence without authority
  • Bonus would be experience in technical B2B services or the TIC sector

Desired Characteristics

  • Embrace Change: You thrive in dynamic environments and help others navigate transitions
  • Make it Simple: You cut through complexity to create elegant, user-friendly solutions
  • Beauty Everywhere: You believe systems and processes should be intuitive and even delightful
  • Scale-Up Mindset: You've implemented best practices at mid-size or large companies and know how to bring structure without killing speed
  • Results-Oriented: You focus on business outcomes, not just project completion
  • Diplomatic & Resilient: You navigate politics gracefully and persist through obstacles
