Le poste
Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Marketing Junior motivé(e), organisé(e) et créatif(ve), pour accompagner notre équipe marketing dans le déploiement de ses initiatives en France et à l'international.
Ce stage/CDD s'adresse aux jeunes diplômés ou étudiants de dernière année disponibles à temps plein et vous offrira une exposition complète aux enjeux marketing dans un environnement en croissance, en collaboration avec des interlocuteurs variés (équipes créatives, commerciales, produit, partenaires externes…).
Vos missions
1. Aider à la planification et à l'exécution de campagnes marketing multicanales sur des plateformes digitales et traditionnelles
2. Coordonner avec les équipes internes (création, ventes, produit) pour assurer une livraison fluide des campagnes
3. Suivre la performance des campagnes, collecter les données et préparer des rapports d'analyse simples
4. Gérer la bibliothèque de supports marketing et garantir la cohérence de la marque sur tous les points de contact
5. Contribuer aux activités d'étude de marché et à l'analyse des concurrents
6. Participer à l'optimisation des processus marketing et de l'efficacité opérationnelle
7. Participer aux sessions de brainstorming et proposer des idées créatives
Profil recherché
1. Diplôme de licence ou plus, avec une fin d'études prévue en 2026 (toute spécialité, avec préférence pour marketing/commerce)
2. Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et oral) ; la connaissance d'autres langues est un atout
3. Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail
4. Bonnes capacités de communication et de travail en équipe
5. Compréhension de base des principes du marketing (cours ou stages appréciés)
6. Maîtrise de Microsoft Office ; l'expérience avec des outils marketing est un plus
7. Attitude proactive, capacité d'apprentissage rapide et aptitude à travailler sous pression
