Ta mission

Au sein de l'équipe Business Opérations, tu seras le/la référent·e de la stack commerciale et marketing. Ton rôle : améliorer la performance de bout en bout du cycle de revenus, en garantissant la fluidité des process et l'alignement entre les équipes Sales, Marketing et Customer Success.

Concrètement, tu seras responsable de :

  • Assurer la cohérence des données commerciales et marketing (HubSpot CRM, automatisations, reporting, suivi pipeline, attribution des leads).

  • Construire et maintenir les dashboards permettant un pilotage fiable des revenus (pipeline, forecast, churn, LTV, CAC).

  • Optimiser les process de conversion de leads et de gestion des opportunités.

  • Définir et suivre les KPIs de performance Sales & Marketing, en lien avec le management.

  • Déployer des projets transverses pour améliorer la productivité des équipes client-facing.

  • Former et accompagner les utilisateurs dans la maîtrise des outils et process RevOps.

Ton profil
  • Tu as une première expérience significative (2-5 ans) en Revenue Operations, Sales Operations ou Business Operations dans un environnement B2B.

  • Tu maîtrises les outils CRM (HubSpot ou équivalent) et tu as déjà travaillé sur l'automatisation de workflows.

  • Tu as une forte sensibilité pour la data et la mesure de la performance (Excel/Sheets avancé, notions SQL ou BI appréciées).

  • Tu es à l'aise pour structurer et documenter des process, et tu sais embarquer les équipes.

  • Tu es curieux·se, analytique et pragmatique : tu cherches toujours à améliorer ce qui existe plutôt que de subir.
