About the role

Trustpair is seeking a proactive and experienced Lead QA to champion the quality and security of our B2B SaaS platform. In a role pivotal to maintaining the financial integrity of our clients, you will orchestrate the processes and select the tooling necessary to elevate the overall quality of our solutions. You will be instrumental in driving a "shift-left" approach to quality, embedding security and reliability into the very foundation of our development lifecycle. As a key player in our growing Platform team, you will also lead significant cross-functional quality initiatives, such as migration plans, and coordinate our support efforts to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This position is open to either hybrid or full remote for candidates based in France.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Test Automation Strategy: Design and execute a strategic plan for the automation of testing across the Trustpair platform, ensuring robust coverage and efficiency
  • Oversee Critical Deployments: Take a hands-on role in the validation and sign-off of critical deployments to our production environment, ensuring stability and security
  • Establish and Monitor Key Quality Metrics: Implement and track KPIs for quality, such as Deployment Frequency, Change Failure Rate, and Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR), to drive continuous improvement
  • Strengthen Production Support: Act as a key liaison for our technical support teams in the qualification and analysis of production issues, including bugs and incidents. You will be responsible for drafting detailed post-mortems to prevent future occurrences
  • Drive Bug Prioritization: Collaborate with engineering teams, engineering managers, and client-facing support teams to co-create and implement a streamlined bug prioritization process
  • Champion Quality and Secure Deployment Practices: Educate and train our product and development teams on best practices for quality assurance and secure deployment methodologies, fostering a culture of shared responsibility
  • Contribute to Security Audits: Play an active role in our security audits, including ISO 27001 and SOC II Type 2, by providing evidence of our robust quality and security processes

What's in it for you

  • At Trustpair, we see AI as a tool to save time, sharpen focus, and boost impact - whether you're already hands-on with AI or eager to learn, you'll join a team that values and encourages AI-driven ways of working
  • High-Impact in a High-Growth Environment: Join a company with 50%+ business growth where tech is one of the core accelerators. You'll be building solutions for a platform with rapidly increasing usage, directly influencing our success.
  • Shape Our Future (Scaleup Phase): We want your voice in making the critical architectural, product, and organizational decisions that will define our future.
  • Collaborative & International Team: Thrive in a diverse, cross-functional, and international environment. We leverage collective intelligence and a supportive, senior team to solve cutting-edge challenges.
