Big Mamma est un groupe de restauration franco-italien, créé par Victor Lugger et Tigrane Seydoux. Depuis 10 ans, nous avons ouvert les portes de 31 restaurants en Europe (France, Monaco, Angleterre, Espagne, Allemagne, Belgique et Italie).

Runner
Tes missions :
- Accueillir tous nos clients avec un Big Smile
- Connaissance des boissons (carte des vins et des cocktails)
- Connaissance de la nourriture (menu et produits)
- Être le garant du service en salle : mise en place et débarrassage des tables
- Connaissance de l'hygiène et de la sécurité
