The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, data-driven quality professional with strong visualization skills, deep process understanding, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to drive measurable quality and cost improvements.
Support the development of automated dashboards and reporting tools by collaborating with IT developers; act as a primary user and subject matter expert for completed dashboards (Power BI, SAP) to provide real-time visibility into NCC and supplier quality performance.
Review and analyze data across the product lifecycle to identify trends and systemic issues, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations that support quality improvement and NCC reduction initiatives in both Service Quality and Supplier Quality performance.
Perform supplier NCC analytics, reporting, and trend identification to support supplier improvement plans and corrective/preventive action activities.
Establish processes and data structures for monitoring and reporting Supplier Related NCC, including supplier claim management, and act as liaison to headquarters for program status updates.
Track and support actions required to achieve Supply Chain Management KPIs including Incoming Quality (% nonconforming product) and Post-Delivery Quality (excess installation cost/system).
Collaborate with IT/Data teams to ensure data integrity and optimize data pipelines for quality reporting.
Lead data-driven root cause analysis reviews to identify systemic contributors to scrap, rework, field failures, warranty cost, and installation issues.
Provide analytics and summaries for executive presentations, operational reviews, and quality governance boards.
Support improvements to data structure, quality metric definitions, and reporting consistency across the organization.
