After two years of intense AI research and development at Ecole Normale Supérieure and Ecole Centrale Paris, was founded in June 2016 to solve the labor market and employment challenges at scale using the latest innovations in AI.

Your Mission

We are hiring a VP Sales to own and scale global revenue. You will define and execute the overall go-to-market strategy, build a scalable revenue engine, and align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around predictable growth.
You will operate at both strategic and operational levels, setting direction while directly influencing high-value enterprise opportunities and key strategic accounts.
Your objective is to build a predictable and scalable revenue organization, accelerate international growth across priority markets, and position as a category-defining AI infrastructure platform within HR Tech.

Responsibilities

1. Go-to-Market & Sales Strategy
Define and execute global sales strategy
Set targets, territories, and quotas
Own forecasting and pipeline discipline
Ensure CRM rigor and reporting accuracy
2. Enterprise Sales Leadership
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles
Support key negotiations and closings
Drive executive-level alignment
Elevate sales execution standards
3. Team Build & Scaling
Build and scale the global sales team
Hire and develop top-performing AEs
Implement playbooks and structured reviews
Establish a performance-driven culture
4. Performance Management
Define KPIs and performance benchmarks
Run forecast and pipeline reviews
Monitor conversion and revenue metrics

About You - Must Have
10+ years of experience in B2B sales within HR Tech, including senior leadership roles.
Proven experience as VP Sales, Head of Sales, or Sales Director in a startup or scale-up environment.
Strong network & experience in the HR Tech ecosystem
Demonstrated success building and scaling sales teams from the ground up.
Strong track record closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
High data literacy and strong command of CRM tools, forecasting, and pipeline metrics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Ability to operate in fast-changing environments.

Familiarity with APIs, developer tools, and enterprise technology solutions.
Love solving problems and diving into challenges head-on.
Familiarity with AI concepts and their business applications.
Entrepreneurial mindset with prior startup or scale-up experience.
