TEAM INTRO

We're looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in our Paris office.

You'll work directly with the VP of Finance & Operations, owning the FP&A function end-to-end

This is a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to leadership and corporate strategy.

With a high degree of autonomy, you'll work at the crossroads of Finance, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams across three markets (France, the US, and Germany).

• Reporting & FP&A : 

• Maintain and continuously improve monthly consolidated reporting (P&L, cash position, SaaS KPIs)
• Analyze actuals vs. budget / forecast, identify key variances, and provide actionable recommendations
• Build, maintain, and enhance FP&A models (budget, forecasts, 3 year plan / yearly business plan) using our FP&A tool (Abacum)
• Prepare quarterly reporting for the Board of investors
• Prepare financial information for external accountants and contribute to the monthly close process
• Monitor the cash position and ****deliver monthly cash and forecasts to key stakeholders

• Business Partner for GTM teams: 

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders: build bottom-up business plans, monitor GTM KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations
• Define and own GTM financial rules, including targets, quotas, and compensation models, and administer commission tools to produce monthly commission reports

• Special projects :

• Prepare presentation materials for the Leadership team
• Contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects (e.g. investor requests, M&A topics)
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of finance processes in the company knowledge base

• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• 5 years of experience within a finance team (ideally in FP&A, Finance Ops or Management Control)
• Strong ability to analyze and build financial models
• Strong affinity for tech tools and comfort working in data-driven environments
• Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and accounting tools
• Very good command of English (level B2 or higher)

• Able to communicate in a clear, structured, and concise way
• Strong at anticipating and managing deadlines
• You genuinely enjoy working with data
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments
