Notre division Marketing recherche aujourd'hui un(e) Marketing Operation Manager, en CDI.

A ce titre, vous serez en charge de :

  • Contribuer à améliorer les process de l'équipe, en identifiant des besoins d'optimisation (processus de travail inter-équipe, templates et méthodes pour la gestion des leads, ...) et en proposant des outils adaptés.
  • Déployer des actions associées à la data marketing, visant à améliorer le pilotage des marchés, au travers, de rapports, de dashboard ou d'outils analyses.
  • Leader des projets transverses d'action disruptive.
  • Diffuser les bonnes pratiques inter-marchés.
  • Soutenir la coordination des lancements de produits en EMEA et mener les analyses associées.
  • Participer à la réalisation de plans thématiques par quarter, ainsi qu'à différents projets transverses.

Vos atouts pour ce rôle :

  • Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 (marketing, communication ou domaine connexe) avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience en marketing, idéalement dans un environnement international.
  • Leadership confirmé : expérience avérée en gestion de projets et en pilotage d'activités complexes.
  • Compétences analytiques et capacité à convertir les données en stratégies d'amélioration.
  • Vous êtes bilingue en anglais, l'espagnol est un plus.
